Borman & Shculkers Building
The building where our office is located is a renovated six-story Chicago style limestone warehouse located in the North Loop Neighborhood. Built in 1886 for the Moline, Milburn and Stoddard Company as a farm implement warehouse, the Traffic Zone building is of significant historic and architectural interest and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building is an artist-owned cooperative that is utilized for gallery exhibitions, open studio events, and other art related matters. There are a number of painters, photographers and sculptors in our building. We are also very close to the new Twins Stadium and we have ample ramp and metered street parking. Stop by to see our building and look at the gallery art!

Philosophy

Welcome to Borman & Schulkers, P.L.L.P. We are a boutique law firm practicing primarily in areas of family law, civil litigation, employment law, estate planning, corporate law, entertainment law, and securities fraud. We promote a friendly, cordial and respectful relationship with our clients while at the same time exhibiting tenacity and aggressiveness in representing their interests. Our objective is for each client to achieve the most favorable outcome with the least amount of cost. We encourage settlement between the parties instead of trying every case. When litigation is necessary, we practice in both Wisconsin and Minnesota state and federal courts.

We do more than just build cases - we build relationships. We take the time to know and understand our clients, and the services provided by Borman & Schulkers are tailor-made for each of our clients.

Clients

We have a wide variety of clients, from mid-size to small corporations to individuals from all walks of life. We are also referral attorneys for the legal plans of Prepaid Legal Services, ARAG and Hyatt Legal Services.
